The rules
In short: be decent, don't spam or break things, and remember that communities are run by their owners, not by us. We can warn or restrict people who abuse the site, and you can appeal.
By using Community Handler you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires). If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We are an independent directory that helps people find fan communities. We list communities; we don't run them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the games, shows, creators, studios, brands or platforms those communities are about. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.

If you add or manage a listing you're responsible for it: it must be accurate, belong to you or be listed with your right to do so, and follow the law and the rules of the platform it lives on. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. Listings may be reviewed, edited, paused, removed or refused at our discretion, for example when they break these Terms.
To keep the site safe we may warn or restrict visitors, with or without an account, and remove content or listings. A restriction can be temporary or permanent, and may be applied to your account, your browser or your network. We'll tell you the reason and how to appeal when we can. To appeal, write to [email protected] with the restriction number shown on screen. Please don't try to evade a restriction; doing so may lead to a longer one.
The site may show ads (for example from Google AdSense) to help cover costs, if you allow them in the cookie settings. Ads are provided by third parties; we don't control or endorse them, and we're not responsible for their content or for sites you reach through them.
Listings link to places we don't control (Discord, Reddit, Telegram and others). What happens there is governed by their owners and platforms. Join at your own judgement and never share passwords or payment details with strangers.
The Community Handler name, logo, design and code are ours or used with permission. You keep the rights to what you submit, and you give us a free, worldwide licence to display it on and in connection with the site. If you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us at [email protected].
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep information accurate, but we don't promise it is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens in or because of a listed community. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the greater of 100 euros or the amount you paid us (which for most people is zero). This doesn't exclude liability that can't be excluded by law, such as for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We may update these Terms; when we do, we change the version above and may ask you to accept them again before you continue. You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken.
Community Handler is available to people all over the world, so these Terms are meant to work wherever you are. They are governed by the laws of [state where PinkSalt LLC is organized, e.g. Delaware], USA, and disputes are handled by the courts there. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under the law where you live (for example in the EU, the UK or California), and we follow those laws in how we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. If a part of these Terms isn't allowed where you live, the rest still applies.
